You cannot put a grip on aging.But there are some preventative measures any person can take to at least slow down aging process. It’s true that no single food will really make you feel 17 again, but a healthy diet which is full of anti-aging foods can help to boost the skin quality, improve the immunity, and many more.Some of the foods that will slower the aging process are:
