DRINK ENOUGH WATER

Drinking enough water not only will these keep you healthy, but will leave a radiant glow on your skin which will make you look younger. Fine lines and wrinkles appear more pronounced when you are dehydrated, so make sure you meet your daily quota—that’s about eight cups a day (or equivalent).

EAT VEGETABLES

One of the most overlooked anti-aging products is the cheapest and most readily available vegetables. The ideal diet for someone who is looking to remain youthful is to eat whole grains, and get plenty of fruits and vegetables. there are certain vegetables and fruits that will give you an extra boost. The key is to know what minerals are needed, as well as what vegetables contain those nutrients. Broccoli, kale, spinach, turnip greens, and cabbage all have the power to halt the aging process. These vegetables also are very high in fiber and are simply packed with nutrients.

AVOID ALCOHOL AS YOU AGE

Now this is a no brainer. We all know the benefits of exercise, don’t we? Exercise is a sure shot way to anti-aging. People that have sedentary lifestyles tend to age faster than active people. Research have proven that a 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day can go a long way in stopping that ageing process.

TAKE VITAMINS DAILY
