- 2 teaspoon of cumin seed
- 1-2 cups of water.
Add two teaspoon of cumin seed in a glass of water or two. Then bring the mixture to boil. Let it cool at room temperature. And drink this.
For better result soak the cumin seed in water overnight then boil the mixture.
Alternatively, you can use cumin powder also. Just mix one teaspoon of cumin powder and lemon juice in a cup of water and drink this regularly.
